The Blue Monkey Tavern is a neighborhood restaurant & bar that offers a fun & lively atmosphere, delicious craft beer, innovative & everchanging craft cocktails
along with mouth-watering burgers & mussels. The Monkey is the spot for Lunch,
Happy Hour, Dinner or simply to grab a drink with friends.

The Blue Monkey is located in Downtown Merchantville, NJ, in the historic Collins
House. Bulit in 1893, the Collins House was originally a Theatre with a
convenience store on the first. Over the years the building has been a
Lumberyard, Ice Cream Parlor, Free Masons Lounge & a Restaurant.

We are open 7 days a week for lunch & dinner so there’s always a time to Meet at
the Monkey. We offer a full bar downstairs along with multiple tables for Dining &
Drinking. In addition, our side patio offers outdoor dining with a full menu if
you’re looking to enjoy the weather.

We also have the recently refurbished ‘Collins Room’ on our Second Floor, which
is perfect for your next Private Event. We’ve added a full bar, multiple tv’s,
renovated bathrooms & a private room which is the ideal spot for your Business

We cater to everyone & take genuine pride in that; it is our normal for a family of
four eating dinner alongside a table of twenty-somethings watching the Phillies
while a corporate Happy Hour takes place at the Bar.

The Blue Monkey is also famous for our annual Spring Beerfest. We close down
Chestnut Street & invite 40+ beer vendors along with a DJ. Craft Beer enthusiasts gather from 5pm to 9pm & get the chance to sample whatever they would like.
